Their 'Raw' menu has some vegan items. When contacted, the restaurant provided a list of raw vegan items, many of which are not on the menu, so please mention that you are vegan when you order. (See Susan J. Caldwell's review in 'Comments' box --->). One reviewer points out that the restaurant cooks meat on a hot stone at the tables, which some vegans might find off-putting. It was also pointed out that an item marked 'vegetarian' contains parmesan - possibly indicating a lack of knowledge of dietary restrictions on the part of staff. However, there have been very good reviews from vegans: "Was at the Rustic Stone yesterday on George's Street, Dublin and although they definitely have a strong steak bias to the menu they have some amazing (and huge!) vegan salads and lovely vegan sides, as well as a vegan dessert (oat cookie with chocolate and avocado pudding). They have a very "healthy" menu with much mentioning of "superfoods", "antioxidants" and the like. Good place to eat if you're going for dinner with non-vegan foodies!"
