The Buraka menu consists of Ethiopian and other East African dishes. Ethiopian cuisine is best known for its rich and exotic mix of spices that give the dishes a delicious, unique flavor and aroma. Ethiopian cuisine is also famously known for Injera, the unique traditional sourdough bread made from whole grain teff flour, native to Ethiopia. The menu offers a range of mild and spicy dishes with a variety of vegan options – just ask your server. You can try the Misirwot or the Black Beans.
