The Skinny Pancake is a crêperie in Montpelier, that serves delicious, freshly made French crêpes (pancakes), and is one of a chain of small eateries in Vermont.
Although a meat-serving establishment, they offer a vegan-friendly and gluten-free crêpe that is filled with spice seasonal vegetables, black beans, root slaw, and pico de gallo (a Mexican salsa).
