The Cove in San Antonio is a restaurant that serves delicious Mexican inspired cuisine.
Although a meat-serving eatery, they have vegan-friendly options on the menu including a Mexican lentil stew, a vegan bacon cheeseburger, their vegan version of a pulled pork sandwich called Captain Jack, tempeh tacos, and tortilla chips served with either hummus or salsa. There are also plenty of gluten-free options available and a kids menu is provided.
