Tavern On The Square

Tavern On The Square is a high-end omni restaurant in Vail with a separate vegan menu. Highlights include the mezze (avocado and white bean hummus, spicy olives, chickpea wafers), chilled strawberry soup and Island-style rice bowl (sticky rice bowl with kimchi, kaiware, edamame, cucumber, wakame, chili mango, pickled ginger, wasabi, yuzu shoyu sesame dressing, crispy glass noodles).
