The Sunlight Café serves wholesome vegetarian café, and is Seattle's oldest vegetarian restaurant. They offer brunch, breakfast, burgers, desserts and much more. They have labelled vegan options, such as the lemon poppy seed waffle, a grilled tempeh burger, 'the Vegan Highlander' and much more. They have many vegan and gluten-free dessert options, so please check the board or ask your server for options. They use organic and local produce when possible.
