Blue Star Donuts is a gourmet donut concept founded in Portland, OR, in 2012, which has since expanded to seven locations in the US. The donuts, glazes, and fillings are made fresh throughout the day. The unique and creative flavors have earned them the nickname “Donuts for Grownups”. There is always a rotational selection of vegan donuts and previous flavors have included Matcha Latte and Mimosa. They carry soy and almond milk for your coffee too.
