Earnest Ice Cream has four shops in Vancouver, all selling their small-batch ice cream made with local, seasonal ingredients with as small a carbon footprint as possible. The flavours are available by the scoop, as well as by the pint in reusable glass jars. There are several vegan flavours available, including Vegan Maple Walnut, Vegan Mint Chip, and Vegan Cookies & Cream.
