East is East has two Vancouver locations, both serving thoughtfully prepared recipes from the Silk and Spice road, from Mongolia through Tibet, India, and Persia, to Istanbul. The food is made from natural, whole ingredients, organic and local where possible. Vegan and vegan option dishes are clearly marked on the menu and include the Mediterranean Platter and the Creamy Mushroom & Eggplant rice bowl.
