CAVA is a Greek and Mediterranean-style restaurant with a focus on tasty bowl food, all served in a friendly, warm atmosphere. You create your own dish by selecting from a base and then adding dips, spreads, a protein, toppings and finally any dressings. The menu has a great allergen indicator, so you can see which items are suitable for vegans as well as any that are gluten-free, soy-free and dairy-free.
