Tandana is a non-profit project which aims to educate people about climate change and the inclusion of vulnerable groups including animals and nature, through gastronomy, entertainment and reflection. They focus on the health and well-being of their customers as well as other animals and the planet and offer vegan cuisine that promotes organic, eco-friendly and fair trade principles. They also have permanent vegan cooking workshops, an urban produce garden, and eco-friendly alternatives to encourage customers to change their habits in a friendly and practical manner. The innovative vegan dishes on the menu are homemade right down to the raw ingredients. Try the Inti Burguer or the Andean Soup.
