ASeit dem 14.Mai ist an der Gasometerstrasse 5 alles plant based, die Chef Köchin Lauren Wildbolz hat die ganze Menükarte neu geschrieben und begleitet seit dann tatakräftig das Traditionshaus. Sie fusioniert die Nordafrikanische Küche mit der Kaiseki Tradition aus den buddhistischen Zen Klosterküchen und kreiert die saisonale 17- Teller Speise Meseki.
