The award-winning restaurant serves creative, vegetarian dishes made from preferably local and organic ingredients - since 1993. The various menus (brunch/ afternoon tea/ dinner) feature dishes which are vegan or can be veganized. All red and white wines, all kinds of beers and all ciders are organic, most of them are vegan.
