Crussh is a pioneer of the healthy fast food revolution: Crussh takeaways have been making healthy and tasty food since 1998. Crussh also makes takeaway food easy for vegans because vegan (“Ve”) and gluten-free (“GF”) options are labelled as such. Crussh has its own kitchen where salads, sandwiches, wraps desserts and the like are prepared fresh every day. Their porridge, which comes with two free toppings, is cooked with soya milk in-store every morning. Another vegan breakfast option are breakfast bowls. Moreover, Crussh takeaways offer soups, stews and curries. Crush’s specialty is “healthpots”. As the name suggests, you get a pot full of healthy foods. Explore combinations of grains, like quinoa, with beans or chickpeas, nuts, seeds, sprouts, vegetables and more. If you’d like to watch your waistline, try the “zero noodle” dishes at Crussh’s. They are low in carbs and calories but full in flavour. Juices and smoothies are made-to-order in store. Thus, smoothies and juices at Crussh’s are always fresh and can be made according to you wishes. The smoothies are made from snap-frozen fruit, 100% juice (made from concentrate) and yoghurt. Yoghurt can easily be replaced with sorbet. Just tell the staff when ordering. Except for the Bananarama smoothie, no ice is added. If you like, you can add boosters or wheatgrass to your smoothie. Of course, Crussh doesn’t let you down when it comes to coffee specialties. They are organic, fair-trade and available with soya or almond milk. You should also try one of their cold pressed drinks as you’re not likely to get them anywhere else. So how about their green nut milk, made from pistachio, cardamom pods, figs, Himalayan pink salt and filtered water? Crussh also offers delivery and catering services.
