Pho restaurants serve a wide range of authentic Vietnamese street food. In addition to the regular menu, there are seasonal specials. Almost all vegetarian dishes, such as summer and spring rolls or tofu and mushroom pho, are vegan, too. All vegan options are gluten-free, except for Saigon, Halida and Beer Lao beers. Make sure to tell the staff that you do not want fish sauce for seasoning. The staff at Pho restaurants will make sure you get ginger soy as a replacement.
