Be Organic is an organic restaurant with Mediterranean flavours that offers dishes composed only of seasonal, and often local, ingredients. They also have a small grocery store for your daily groceries and local products from small producers.
The restaurant is completely vegan on Friday and Saturday nights. At other times, you might find weekly vegan dishes such as roasted cauliflower with tahini sauce, fried salsify, coriander pesto and crushed hazelnuts.
