Hana Japanese Eatery is an omni Japanese restaurant specializing in sushi. The Hana Yasai Suki is vegan and consists of seasonal vegetables, tofu and clear noodles, simmered in a sweet Japanese broth. Other items on the menu can be made vegan upon request, for example the sushi rolls. Eat-in, take-away and BYOB (bring your own bottle) policy available.
