Kaizen is a laid-back Japanese restaurant near Market Square. It clearly labels their dishes as mild, spicy or very spicy. It labels their vegan dishes with a (V*) and offers tofu as an addition to any dish. Kaizen have also clearly labelled gluten-free dishes. Their Facebook page announced in Summer 2017 that there is a new Vegan menu item, the Spicy Potato Curry.
