Living Kitchen opened in Charlotte, North Carolina in 2012, and has since opened in three further locations - Raleigh, Chapel Hill and another in Charlotte.
Specializing in the 'art of living foods', Living Kitchen serves organic, plant-based cuisine, smoothies and cold-pressed juices. They support local, organic farmers by buying seasonal produce from markets and family-owned farms.
Everything on the menu is vegan, so you can take your pick of the sandwiches (mock tuna!), the specialities (BBQ sliders!) and breakfasts (bircher muesli!). The menu is extensive, with something for everyone.
Living Kitchen believes that living food gives life to your day and energy to your body.
