Tin Shack Bakery is a community-focused café that started off as a stall selling freshly baked breads at the colorful S.P.A.C.E. farmers market. Their ethos is on creating and connecting with others, and they support local farmers and markets for their ingredients.
They offer gluten-free bread and other baked goods. They have a couple of vegan options including mint cookies and a "Cultured Vegan" bagel or sandwich containing mac nut cheese, grated carrot, sprouts, tomato, cucumber, bell pepper, onion, lettuce and a pickle.
