All food at Seed to Sprout is 100% vegan and made with wholefoods and organic ingredients, purchased locally whenever possible. Their daily menu (served on weekdays) includes an all-day breakfast, salad bowls, raw wraps and pizza, a lemon pepper red lentil soup, sandwiches, juices, smoothies, teas, kombucha, lemonade and coffee.
They also have a separate menu for dinner (served on Thursdays and Fridays between 5-9pm) which includes pizzas and tortillas as well as desserts including a strawberries and cream chia pudding, a dark chocolate peanut butter tart, and a salted caramel sundae.
Also check out their separate brunch menu (served on Saturdays and Sundays) which features a variety of vegan omelettes and pancakes, toasts, salads, sides and sandwiches, as well as juices, smoothies, teas, kombucha, lemonade and coffee.
Note: Their kitchen processes foods that contain wheat, soy, various nuts and other potential allergens.
