You can order the big vegetarian platter with tofu tibs, lentil stews (wats), greens, cabbage, potatoes, other veggies, and plenty of soft injera for scooping. Or try the lentil salad sandwich. Or the firfir (injera soaked with lentil stew). The tofu kabobs are made with THE BEST TOFU IN TOWN. Seriously. So many options. So amazing.
