Coffeehouse with a few vegan food items. There's a black bean & hummus wrap, some awesome sweet potato hash, and guacamole. For brunch, they have vegan pancakes (but be sure and ask them to leave off the honey granola) and a build-your-own tofu scramble. They do have vegan granola bars to-go though (and if you ask nicely, I bet they'd even crumble the vegan granola bar over your pancakes instead of the honey granola).
