Surya Café

Located in the center of the Perennial Yoga Studio in Fitchburg, Surya Café provides plant-based nourishment to those who practice at Perennial, and wholeheartedly welcomes all visitors. They choose their ingredients with deep integrity and high regard for our planet and lovingly offer wholesome plant-based meals that will leave diners feeling satiated and energized. Chef Lauren and her staff artfully prepare fruits, vegetables, nuts, grains and legumes with balanced nutrition and the season in mind. She avoids all foods that have been overly processed and only uses pure ingredients with no harmful additives. Menu choices include the Zucchini Noodle Alfredo and the Abundance Bowl.
