Fork & Salad Maui is a farm-to-table café focusing on local and organic ingredients. They serve sandwiches, wraps, soups, stews, juices, kombucha, organic coffee and signature salads. They clearly mark the vegan and gluten-free options on their menu. These include signature salads such as the Super Salad featuring kale, spinach, purple sweet potato, raw beets, spicy brussel sprouts, raw corn, almonds and avocado-lime dressing. Also vegan is the Buckwheat Noodle salad containing spring mix, carrot, wasabi peas, radish, avocado, bell pepper, local sprouts and miso-ginger dressing. Please check there is no honey in the dressings.
