Brown's Beach House is a fine dining restaurant at the Fairmont Orchid Resort. The restaurant is located on the shore of Pauoa Bay under a canopy of swaying palms. They serve Hawaiian inspired cuisine using simple, local and fresh flavors. A separate vegan menu is available, which includes crispy sesame tofu, roasted hearts of palm, vegetable laulau and vegetable curry.
