Flaming Amy's Bowl has two locations in Wilmington; this one in Shipyard and another in Northchase.
Flaming Amy’s Bowl is a unique 'all-you-can-eat, fully customizable, fresh grilled food experience'. You create your own bowl by choosing a protein, and combining with your pick of veggies, sauces and starches. That bowl is then given to the 'grill master' to cook and you can come back unlimited times and create different flavored bowls. With tofu as a protein option, heaps of veggies and vegan sauce options, dining at 'The Bowl' is easy and fun!
On weekday lunchtimes, you pay a dollar less for dining than on weeknights and weekends.
