49th State Brewing Company is a craft brewery and restaurant serving lunch, dinner and drinks. They have a rooftop patio overlooking the Cook Inlet and Alaska Range, and two theaters hosting a variety of entertainment including music, comedy and theater.
Gluten-sensitive options are clearly listed on the menu including gluten-free burger buns and pizza crusts. They list one vegan option; the Vegan Tundra pizza topped with Daiya cheese, spinach, caramelized onions and mushrooms. They also serve Beyond Meats veggie patties in their burgers, and it is reported that other items are vegan so please ask your server.
