LUNCH Café & Eatery

LUNCH Café & Eatery offers hearty and healthy fare made from organic and local whole foods. Their food is low in fat and sugar and free from dyes and preservatives. Tips are graciously declined but any additional monies left are donated to Stone Soup Café, a non-profit who feed hungry people in Fairbanks.

There are many vegan and gluten-free dishes listed on their menu. These include curry quinoa salad, black bean, lentil and brown rice croquettes, falafel salad, soup du jour and pita sandwiches. All of the salad dressings are vegan and include ranch, peanut, tahini and thousand island.

The bakery is completely dairy-free and many of the baked goods are gluten-free and vegan.
