Blue Sushi Sake Grill serves creative sushi and drinks for lunch and dinner. They serve a variety of sushi rolls as well as Asian-inspired cold plates, entrées, soups, salads and an extensive sake menu. Their menu offers several gluten-free and vegan maki including avocado and VLT (bibb lettuce, cucumber, cherry tomato, avocado, shallot, vegan mayo and smoked tomato paper). They also offer rolls containing BBQ seitan, eggplant vegan tempura and spicy tofu.
