You can choose from appetizers like Vegan Spring Rolls and Salt And Pepper Tofu, swap meat for Vegan Soy Protein or Beef in any of the rice and noodle dishes (specify no egg), or make the most of their Vegan Specialty section... Soy Peking Ribs, Teriyaki Soy Drumsticks and Szechuan Garlic Eggplant are just a few of the dishes available.

There is also a full vegan sushi menu that uses unconventional and creative ingredients. Examples include Green Dragon (soy eel), the Frying Fish Roll (soy fillet) or Wasabi Mango (crunchy green veggies, mango and chili)!
