Wilson & Washburn is a neighborhood pub serving craft and import beer and made-from-scratch pub food. Their vegan options include a beet burger with house smoked peanut butter and pickled jalapeños, and a peach mango crisp with oatmeal streusel. They also offer a vegan benedict (English muffins, fresh spinach, house made ground seitan, fried tofu, vegan hollandaise and fried taters) that's available during brunch on Saturdays and Sundays from 10:00-14:00.
