Simon’s Hot Dogs are an omni hot dog specialist with vegan options. There are two vegan hotdog choices, Tofurky Italian style (tofu, sundried tomatoes and basil) and California style (made from vegetables, but similar in taste and texture to a meat hot dog). All hog dog toppings can be made vegan, including the mushroom (mushrooms and onions in a wine reduction, vegan cheese) and the Sonoran cousin (refried beans, onions, mustard, Simon's sauce, vegan bacon bites, jalapenos or banana peppers). A vegan burger, cheese fries, chilli fries, coleslaw and ceviche are available. Eat-in, take-away, online-order and delivery options are available.
