Tonto Bar and Grill is an omni Mexican restaurant with a separate vegan menu. Vegan appetizers include the harvest salad (butter lettuce, spinach, strawberries, fresh melon, olive oil, balsamic), the mesquite grilled corn gazpacho (red chili oil, breakfast radish, roasted pepitas, local flowers) and the arugula salad (sun-dried cherries, tart apples, pistachio vinaigrette). Entrées include the Sonoran mélange (sweet potato, poblano pepper and corn hash, roasted tomatoes, grilled asparagus, Arizona succotash, orange BBQ sauce) and the Mediterranean ‘pasta’ (spaghetti squash, artichoke hearts, red onions, peppers baby tomatoes, heirloom marinara, olives, pepperoncini peppers).
