Chicago Raw has altogether 3 counter-serve branches in the whole of Chicago, each of which offers 100% raw and vegan light dishes that serve to rejuvenate as well as nourish and satisfy. They have a truly extensive array of raw vegan treats on the whole menu, starting with rehydrating and cleansing juices and elixirs, and wholesome smoothies. Specialties in the mains and desserts sections include collard burrito, fresh spinach lasagna, "falafel" patties, mock tuna pate, gardne burgers, pizza, raw raviolis, alongside apple pie, carrot cake, coconut macaroons, mouse au chocolate, tiramisu, on top of 3 flavours of raw vegan ice cream. They also have their special "Raw for Paws" treats for your dogs!
