Urban Fresh is a healthy vegan restaurant in Tucson serving freshly made juices, smoothies, boosters, biscuits and gravy, scones, raw salads, soups, wraps, raw wraps, sandwiches and snacks. Fair-trade coffee is served, including cold-brew coffee. Ingredients are fresh, locally sourced and organic where possible. Whole food dishes are made with the minimal use of oils, salts and sugars.
