Jajaja is a new venture in New York specializing in 100% vegan Mexican fare. They follow the ethos of avoiding the use of faux meat as much as possible to create true flavors in their vegan cuisine. Varieties include tacos, nachos, empanadas, burritos, burgers, salad bowls, cocktails, wines, and other beverages. Definitely not to be missed are the restaurant's own "meat"-based dishes, with the "meats" made of natural ingredients, for instance the "fish" made out of hemp and flax seed, and "steaks" from portobello mushrooms.
