Julia’s Kitchen is a vegan café and bakery in Boulder where food is pre-ordered for collection. The menu of organic, gluten-free veggies, bean dishes, sauces, batters, sprouted sourdough breads, muffins, other baked goods and more rotates weekly. Highlights include kale chips, raw fig bars and raw cashew coconut macaroons. You are advised to pre-order your meals, but take-away (not pre-ordered) dishes are always available too. The café specializes in healthy vegan meals and uses sprouted grains, beans, nuts, and seeds to increases their nutritional profile. Pop-up dining events, cookery classes and community meals occur regularly and you can contact Julia to organize your own event.
