Brocato's surprisingly has a number of vegan options, including Italian ices made in-house as well as several types of traditional Sicilian cookies. Check the prepackaged cookies for ingredients. Items that are vegan include hard biscotti such as the seed cookies, Biscotti Inglese, and chocolate pastines. This is serious old school New Orleans, up to and including St. Joseph’s altars in mid-March.
