This popular bakery has gone completely vegan - hands down the best selection of vegan pastry in town. Delicious king cakes during the season; sometimes plain and filled croissants, beignets, and cruffins; and always soups, sandwiches, and other amazing vegan treats. New vegan menu items as of June 2018 include a Cajun Shrimp Brioche, which features plant-based shrimp made by California startup New Wave Foods served in a New Orleans style roux with dairy-free cheese and wrapped in brioche bread.
