    Driving through Rapid City, we found Blaze Pizza. They offer vegan cheese and have a lot of toppings to choose from. This is a “build your own” thin crust pizza and it was ready within 5 minutes of ordering. They offer 3 salads but all are pre-mixed with cheese in them, so not appropriate for vegans. No vegan dessert options. Friendly staff.
