Krunkwich Ramen House is not your average souping oasis. They focus on fresh Midwestern flavors within Japanese, Korean, Vietnamese and other Asian specialties. This includes hand made ramen noodles, Asian-style sopes, house made kimchi and a wide selection of traditional and non-traditional dishes.
Gluten-free options are marked and there is a separate vegan menu with loads of choices. These include ramen containing broth, smoked tare, ginger seitan, fried tofu, shredded napa, pickled cucumber and red onion. Also, laksa curry ramen, japchae glass noodles, MisoWhiz “mac n cheez”, bánh mì, MisoWhiz “cheesesteak” sandwich and burnt ends tots.
