Seasons 52 is a high-end restaurant chain with a focus on seasonal and local ingredients. Each restaurant has separate, seasonally changing vegan and gluten-sensitive menus. The vegan dishes have in the past included artichoke flatbread, a tasting plate featuring wood-grilled kohlrabi steak, vegan paella, cedar-roasted tofu, black bean tacos, quinoa-citrus salad and more. Seasons 52 has an extensive wine list – ask your server which of the wines are certified vegan.
