Seva Cuisine of India is a restaurant in Kansas City that serves delicious and authentic Indian food made using local and seasonal vegetables.

Although a meat-serving venue, they do offer vegan options and there are plenty of dishes on the menu that can also be made vegan. A few of these options include a starter of vegetable pakora and main dishes such as Chana Masala (chickpeas prepared in a Punjabi curry style), Vegetable Kadahi (fresh mixed vegetables with onions, tomato and bell peppers), and a Saag (steamed spinach and mustard greens, in a mild creamy sauce). Freshly baked roti and gluten-free roti are also available.

The drinks menu offers a selection of sodas, Indian beer, red and white wine.
