Holi Vegan Kitchen is a restaurant and bar that specializes in vegan food made from natural, wholesome ingredients. They believe that food made with love is the most pleasurable and ancient way of healing the body, mind and soul.
Their gluten-free options are clearly marked on the menu and they have several raw options. The dishes include pesto tofu scramble, buckwheat banana bread pancakes, acai bowls, empanadas, salads, tempeh and mushroom quesadillas, white bean tuna salad sandwiches, black bean burgers, polenta crust pizzetta and soups.
Their desserts include coconut rice pudding, raw berry cheesecake and ice creams (including a kombucha float). They also have a menu of smoothies, fresh juices, coffees, tea, wines and beers.
