Restaurant Orsay

Restaurant Orsay is a French bistro with menus that feature some extremely traditional Paris bistro classics, alongside dishes that apply French technique but bring in southern American influences. They focus on slow food and responsibly produced ingredients. They have a separate vegetarian and vegan menu with vegan options clearly marked. These include roasted tomato tartare, spring vegetable shepherd's pie, and bouillabaisse featuring seared scallops of tofu.
