Woodlands Indian Cuisine offers pure vegetarian wholesome South Indian cuisine for a lunch buffet, dinner and take-out. They clearly mark which dishes can be made vegan on their extensive menu. These include medhu vada (fried lentil donuts), bhel puri (puffed rice crispy crackers mixed with chaat, onions, tomatoes topped with thin gram noodles), dosai (14 different vegan varieties), vegetable uthappam (Indian style pancakes), chana bhatura (large fluffy bread served with chickpea curry), various thali, curries, rice dishes and breads. They also have vegan rice pudding for dessert!
