The Old Spanish Sugar Mill

The Old Spanish Sugar Mill is a unique restaurant located inside De Leon Springs State Park. Each table is equipped with a griddle and they bring you pitchers of homemade pancake batter so you can flip them over right at your table. They have vegan and gluten-free pancake batter and you can order toppings such as blueberries, bananas, peanut butter, pecans, apples and apple sauce.
