ProteinHouse is an omni health-food restaurant chain which uses fresh, nutritious ingredients to fuel bodies and minds. The vegan mixed salad has grilled portobello mushrooms, quinoa, spring mix, spinach, cherry tomatoes, chickpeas, cranberries, avocado and raspberry balsamic vinaigrette dressing. There are numerous other vegan items including bowls, wraps with organic tofu, burgers with vegan cheese and blueberry pancakes. Cold-pressed juices and protein shakes with plant milk are also served.
