Health in Hand Juice and Smoothie Bar

Health In Hand Juice & Smoothie Bar is a new, locally-owned juice bar in Spartanburg serving cold-pressed juices, smoothies, lunch and breakfast.

Located on the brand new festival street in downtown - Wall Street (directly between City Hall and the Daniel Morgan statue), Health in Hand's menu offers lots of choice for vegans. All of the smoothies are made with plant milk, but double check with your server when ordering as a couple of options look to include dairy yogurt and honey.

As well as the extensive juice and smoothie menu, this juice bar also offers breakfast and lunch choices. The Kale & Hummus Wrap is made with a 'homemade, vegan maple dijon vinaigrette' and the Overnight Oats and the breakfast Power Protein Balls look like great vegan options.
